Shipping Policy
All of our products are shipped to you from our Warehouse via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 depending on your region. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.
UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by 4-5 days beyond our usual lead times. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Free Shipping:

On all orders above $100 for North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.

For orders under the above outlined thresholds, the following shipping costs apply:

For shipments to Mexico, Turkey, Chile and other South American countries, a Tax ID or recipient's ID number is required. The recipient's ID number must consist of 11 pure digits without spaces to ensure smooth customs processing.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
New Canaan LLC only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@newcanaan.shop within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: New Canaan cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
